Employment Lifecycle Process

Purpose: 

The purpose of this project is to automate and/or streamline all processes associated with the UNC Charlotte employment lifecycle.  These processes include job classification, recruitment, candidate selection, on-boarding, benefits, performance management, training, and separation for all Faculty, staff, student workers, and temporary personnel.  Currently, these processes are all paper-driven and time-consuming, requiring resources to manually enter data and manage paper files.
