After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at East Carolina University, Terri worked as a programmer analyst for the State Computer Center (now Information Technology Services). After a 12 year hiatus to raise two daughters, she joined the State Employees’ Credit Union Information Services department, where she served for 11 years, initially providing development and support for legacy mainframe account management systems, project leadership for the development of a new Project Management Office (IS Project Administration) and then for SECU’s Electronic Content Management systems. Before deciding to move to Charlotte in 2012, she spent 4 ½ years as Applications Development Vice President for Image and Financial, managing business user and software vendor relationships, as well as the development support teams for SECU’s ECM systems, document and mail processing, and HR and Financial systems.
